R422--RFI NOI SS Patient Satisfaction Survey MEDVAMC

This is a Special Notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the only Notice of Intent (NOI) to Sole Source (SS) and synopsis of proposed action. The Department of Veterans Affairs Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 intends to issue and award from April 1, 2025, to March 30, 2026, plus four (4) Twelve (12) Month Option Periods at the discretion of the government to PRESS GANEY ASSOCIATES 404 COLUMBIA PLACE, SOUTH BEND, IN 46601 for patient satisfaction survey at the MEDVAMC, located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, TX 77030. It has been determined that through initial Market Research, only 1 (one) responsible source can provide the required patient survey s as identified in the attached RFI document and SOW.
