Vertical Lift Machine

Naval Air Warfare Center – Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a purchase order with Garden State Office Systems & Equipment of Edison, NJ, a sole source basis, for one (1) Vertical Lift Machine manufactured by Kardex-Remstar, LLC, for the Prototype and Manufacturing Division (PMD) of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ. Through Garden State Office Systems’ exclusive agreement with Kardex-Remstar, Garden State Office Systems is the only source of supply this equipment.

THIS NOTIFICATION IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.  No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.  However, all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.  All inquiries and concerns must be addressed to the Contract Specialist, Ms. Sheila Battaglia at sheila.l.battaglia.civ@us.navy.mil.  Responses to this notice must be submitted by 15 February 2022.  A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.
