Description
AMENDMENT 2:
The contractor shall take out carpet on top floor and level floors with self-leveling compound, the contractor will be responsible to self-level up to 1K Sq ft. Use self-leveling compound only on low spots and make sure to caulk the seams of the plywood where self-leveling it to be applied to. The allowance is 1/8” over a 10’ run.
Addition of LVT Thickness. LVT thickness shall be Parallel USA 12: 0.080 in.(2.0MM

7 CONS is looking to procure construction services to perform flooring removal and flooring replacement for BLDG 9001.

SUBMISSION REQUIRMENTS: Interested vendors must submit a capability statement, material list including pictures, and
flooring phasing plan in order to determine technical acceptability.

EVALUATION OF OFFERS: The evaluation for this acquisition will be solely based on lowest price of items that are found to be technically acceptable. By signing its offer, the offeror certifies that each price stated on each CLIN includes an appropriate apportionment of all costs, direct and indirect, all state and local taxes, overhead, and profit.
In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of magnitude of construction projects:
Between $100,000 and $250,000
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
