The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Assistant Secretary of Administrative and Management
(OASAM), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Accruent, LLC., under authority FAR 13.106-
1(b) - Soliciting from a Single Source. DOL Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires
Accruent Event Management Systems applications for various business needs and technical support
functions. The EMS manages and records data for the scheduling of all conference rooms, public spaces,
resources, and equipment, currently maintained by the Business Operation Center (BOC), through the
Conference Center Services staff. The software is used to plan, coordinate, and execute events, manage
resources and services, publish event information to the internet, and report on the utilization of the
spaces. DOL requires continuous access to the latest version of the software and security patches.
Accruent, LLC. is the sole source owner of the Event Management Systems software maintenance and
support renewal for the existing applications. The Requirements Document is attached. This action will
result in a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will commence on or about March 27,
2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 –
Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $34 million. The Notice of Intent to award a sole
source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No request
for proposal (RFP) will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
