Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau), Community Treatment Services Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking proposals from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse, mental health, and sex offender, services in Washington, D.C. area. The physical location where services are to be provided must be within the boundaries/borders of Washington, D.C. and accessible by local transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on August 01, 2024, with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending on July 31, 2029 (if all options are renewed). The following required services may be sub-contracted to other licensed contractors.

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Community Treatment Services most recent Statement of Work dated October 2022. The request for proposal will be distributed solely through the General Service Administration https://sam.gov/website. Hard copies of the request for proposal will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including proposal amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit proposals equally with other organizations for contracts in which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
