SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Prior to casting the concrete foundations vendor MUST procure the JAquith L868B Junction Can and Cover or equivalent equipment as qualified per Federal Aviation Administration standards and guidelines listed in Advisory Circular (AC) 150/5345-53.

Items are needed/expected to be delivered to the following location on, or prior to, April 1, 2023 with seven (7) day prior notification of actual delivery date.

All quotes/proposals received by the deadline, February 20, 2023, will be evaluated based on vendor's ability to meet FAA’s acceptable level of safety, performance and operation, delivery time, and the most cost effective.
