Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Utility Building Rehabilitation, Cape Cod Canal, Buzzards Bay, MA:
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, tools, materials, and labor to rehabilitate an existing 22’ x 30’ utility building at the Cape Cod Canal in accordance with the Statement of Work. Repair work includes scraping and painting the exterior of the building, louvers, and standalone fuel tank enclosure; mortar repointing of exterior concrete material unit (CMU) block walls, replacement of three (3) windows, two (2) doors, and roof fascia trim. Work includes minor concrete repair work on holes in existing walls. Work includes the proper handling and disposal of Asbestos, Lead, and Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) hazardous materials. An Industrial Hygienist shall provide 100% onsite project monitoring/oversight during demolition activities. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238390 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
