Description
The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Air Compressor Systems within USAG Wiesbaden. Please review the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ) W912CM24Q0038 for this action. Quoters are requested to carefully read ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 included in the RFQ to understand the instructions for your submittals.
The contract will consist of a eight (8) month base and two (2) 12-month options. Proposed performance start date is on or about 20 September 2024.
Site Visit: A one-time site visit for this requirement will be held:

TIME: 08:00 CET
LOCATION: Lucius D. Clay Kaserne 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany
a. No later than 14:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET) on 5 September 2024 interested vendors shall inform Martin Glueck, martin.glueck.LN@army.mil, Kathleen Balon, kathleen.balon.civ@army.mil, Misty S Branam, misty.s.branam.civ@army.mil of their intent to attend the site visit and include the full names of all attendees. Only 2 representatives from each vendor may attend the site visit.
b. Site visit attendees are required to be at the main gate of Clay Kaserne no later than 07:55 of the scheduled date. The meeting point for the site visit is the Visitors Center on the right side of the main entrance to Clay Kaserne. All attendees must present their identification card or passport and car registration to gain entry. Security guards may perform body search and/or vehicle inspections.
An amendment to this solicitation will be posted tomorrow to include the site visit information.
