REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation (ITSSS-2)

On May 25, 2022, the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Information Technology Category (ITC) issued a Request for Information (RFI) in GSA eBuy #1560392 and SAM.gov indicating GSA's intent to establish, on a competitive basis, a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) against the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) known as the Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation “ITSSS-2” BPA .   

This special notice is being issued to further engage and collaborate with industry and agencies to gather feedback on the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment 1).  This Request for Information (RFI) is for Market Research purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this notice are not quotations or offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No contract awards will be made from this notice and no solicitation is available at this time. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort.

We encourage all parties who are interested in participating in the ITSSS-2 BPA acquisition to review the attached draft SOW and provide questions, comments and recommended answer/solution rationale on the Q&A Form (Attachment 2) by no later than 5:00 pm EST on 06/08/2022.

Note: The Government will take all questions, comments, recommendation, solutions and rationale under advisement and consideration, however no direct answer or response will be provided.  Respondents are also advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.
