Description

This is a combines synopsis/solicitation for Supply.

This announcement constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition regulation circular 2022.

This is a brand name contracting action is in accordance with Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(2)(b)  and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(ii). See attached JOTFOC.

The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order.

Award will be made using the Best value evaluatuion method under FAR 13 simplifiied aquisition procedures (SAP)

Lowest Price Technical Accepted (LPTA)

All offerors must be able to meet the required delivery date annotated on the solicitation document SF-1449 to be considered.

Review the solicitation document carefully. There is a voltage conversion/alteration that any potential offeror MUST be able to meet to be considered.
