Intent to Sole Source CRU International Ltd.

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to CRU International Ltd, 1st Floor, Midcity Place, 71 High Holborn, London, United Kingdom; under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 

The USITC anticipates acquiring data license for Emissions Analysis Tool and specific dataset requirements for greenhouse gas (GHG) 332 statutory study. These services are provided exclusively by CRU International Ltd. Please see attached justification document for further details. 

Period of performance: 10/23/2023 to 10/22/2024

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.  A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
