SolidWorks Software Renewal

The US Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground - Natick on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command - Soldier Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) - only one responsible source - to Lyme Computer Systems, Inc. of Lebanon, NH for the renewal of/access to the following Licenses for 1 year and the associated Support Services: Solidworks Network IDs including Associated Toolboxes/Add-Ons 605040, 872550 1005408, 1128377, 835917, 1121687, 2415642, 2241914.

Lyme Computer Systems, Inc. is the only known vendor that is able to provide the required licenses.

While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible parties purporting to have the requisite credentials and capabilities to provide the above licenses must furnish, in writing, factual information which clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to provide the required licenses, within 15 days to Martina Biro (Contract Specialist) and Nicole Bernier (Contracting Officer) by email at alexandra.m.biro2.civ@army.mil and nicole.e.bernier.civ@army.mil. Any questions regarding this notice must be in writing only; no telephonic replies will be accepted. A determination not to compete this proposed action based on any responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the contracting officer.
