Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy Kyiv will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available.  

The subject of this pre-solicitation/request for information is to obtain life insurance services for the U.S. Embassy Kyiv local employed staff. Detailed information and qualification requirement is provided in the attached SOW.

The anticipated duration period of the contract is one contracting year. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. 

All prospective offerors are required to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM, www.sam.gov) at the time an offer or a quotation is submitted and shall continue to be registered until the time of the award of the contract, during the performance, and through final payment under the contract. In case the offeror does not have the required registration in SAM at the time an offer or a quotation is submitted, the Contracting Officer will proceed with an award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror.
