Description

The lease term shall be 10 years, 10 years firm, with Government termination rights, in whole or in parts, effective at any time after the Firm Term of the Lease by providing not less than 120 days’ prior written notice. Should the Government make the determination to modify the term or option(s), an amendment to the RLP will be issued.

RLP Amendment 2 must be returned with any submitted offers to be deemed acceptable.

Attached is the Request for Lease Proposal No. 57-48157-21-FA for Fort Bend County, Rosenberg, TX containing all procurement requirements and specifications.

All offers must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. 08/07/2022 to be considered. Any offers submitted beyond this date are subject to rejection.

Unsolicited offers must confirm they within the Delineated Area and not within a 100- or 500- year flood plain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offers.
