This was awarded as Firm-Fixed Price, Sole Source to the Manufacturer and Sole Distributor of the stated equipment as this unit will work in part with a current Microtouch Stepper by the same Manufacturer owned by the customer as Government equipment. the BK Specto Ultrasound and its Transducers are the only source that can support this acquisition.
