Description

Titlel:  Amendment 0003

1) The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due dates for Phase 1 and Phase 2 proposals.

2) Phase 1 Proposal Due Date: June 20, 2022, by 4:00 PM EST

3) Phase 2 Proposal Due Date: July 25, 2022, by 4:00 PM EST

4) Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing Blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C and return the form when submitting Phase I proposals.

5) Except as amended herein, all other provisions, terms, and conditions remain the same.
