Description

SOLICITATION - Fort Randall Dam SD Installation of Powerhouse Flowmeters

Solicitation if for the purchase and installation of 49 flow meters for various locations throughout the Fort Randall (FR) Dam Powerhouse. Flowmeters will be used to provide continual monitoring of generating unit permissive, alarms, and real time monitoring of cooling water flow rates. The work will include the purchase pipe welding, electrical wiring, scaffolding, and piping work for instalation of flowmeters.

This solicitation is the Step-One of a Two-Step Sealed Bid process.

Step-One is a request for technical proposals only and shall not include prices or pricing information. 
Step-One technical submissions will be reviewed for technical acceptability only. Those contractors who recived an acceptable rating  will be asked to participate in the Step-Two bid process.

Bid bonds are not required to be submitted with the Step-One technical proposal.
