Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Massachusetts Army National Guard (MAARNG) is seeking commercial lodging services to support Inactive Duty Training (IDT) located for uniformed personnel of the throughout various locations in Massachusetts (please see PWS for list of cities and towns). The contractor’s staff shall be fully qualified, professional, and customer service oriented. The contractor shall ensure quality work performance in accordance with (IAW) applicable standards and guidelines. Additionally, the contractor is expected to be a partner with the MAARNG in continuously improving the quality of programs and service offered to customers as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

** The Period of Performance shall start upon award of the contract through 30 September 2024 or once the ceiling of $20,000.00 is reached, whichever comes first.

Evaluation Criteria:

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.

Basis of Award is Price Only.

(b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.

Submission of Quotes:

Proposed prices shall be firm fixed price (FFP) and inclusive of all labor, materials, lab fees, and associated services required to provide the medical surveillance examinations as described in the PWS.

*Offerors must submit a completed Pricing Table, which is located in the attachments section of this solicitation.

**Responses will only be accepted electronically via the e-mail addresses provided above. It is the vendors’ responsibility to confirm that their responses have been received.
