**Amendment 0003** The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to (1) revise Section L, Factor 2, paragraph 2.1(a) to reflect the removal of price related information; (2) revise Section L, Factor 2, paragraph 2.2(b) and (d) to reflect the removal of price related information; (3) revise Section M, Factor 2, Paragraph 2.0(d) to reflect the removal of price related information; and (4) revise the descriptions for Magnitude and Complexity under Section M, Factor 2, paragraph 2.1(d).
