NYARNG Notice of Intent to Sole Source SANS Voucher

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the United States Property and Fiscal Officer for New York’s (USPFO-NY) intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc. pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

The requested products are proprietary to/for the Escal Institute of Advanced Technologies, Inc. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability statement to Andrew Emrich at andrew.e.emrich.civ@army.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received within 7 calendar days of publication of this notice, shall be considered by the USPFO-NY. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
