This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-06 (eff. 12/04/2023) and VAAR Update 2008-37 (eff. 07/28/2023) 3. This requirement is solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 333414 with a size standard in number of 500 employees. 4. Place of Performance: Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, 400 Veterans Avenue, Building 26, Warehouse, Biloxi, MS 39531. 5. Delivery Schedule: All equipment shall be delivered by 90 days from the date of award. 6.
