Description

UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under
this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either
before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no
obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Mobile Shelving System Characteristics:

  1. Must fit a 17,343 mm x 4,630 mm area.
  2. Must be 2000 mm tall.
  3. Must be solid metal shelves.
  4. Must be six units, each unit in between the poles in the warehouse.
  5. Must be compacted by a sliding movement.
  6. Must have a handwheel at the end of each unit.
  7. Must have a depth of 4630 mm.
  8. Must have a load capacity of 80 kg per shelf.
  9. Must be able to lock into position for anti-crushing.
  10. Must be able to close and lock the system from unauthorized personnel.
  11. Must come with 1,728 adjustable dividers.
  12. Must come with 48 moving shelf units.
  13. Must be able to open 800 mm for walking between units.
  14. Must be installed on a rail platform system.  
  15. Set up and installation must be included in the price.
  16. Removing old shelves must be included in the price.
  17. Shipping must be included in the price.

Site Visit
A site visit will be held on Monday, 18 September 2023 at 08:00, Local time.
Participants will meet at:

Offerors must confirm their participation to the site visit no later than Friday 15 September at 15:00, Local time, by sending an

Request for Information
Any RFI related to this solicitation shall be sent no later than 19 September 2023 at 0900, local time to the following email

Content of Quote
Submitted quotes must include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with
the requirements in the solicitation and the delivery schedule. This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. A general statement of compliance or restatement of the requirement specifications is insufficient. Vendor is responsible for ensuring the quote provided addresses each specification listed in this solicitation. Descriptive literature information such as illustrations, drawings, or a clear reference, such as website information must be made readily available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer is NOT responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote and literature.
The Government intends to make an award without discussion; to this end, if a quote does not clearly demonstrate technical
compliance and/or does not comply with every requirement contained within this solicitation, the quote will not be considered for award.
NOTE: The offeror shall provide the applicable express warranties as a separate document that shall be included in the final
contract by addendum.
All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of quote submittal. If a
vendor is in the process of registering and/or re-validating Representations & Certifications at the time of quote submittal, contact the Contracting Officer prior to the close of the solicitation with all supporting documentation.

Currency
All prices in response to this solicitation must be in Euro currency. Offers not submitted in EURO currency will not be
considered for award. The Contracting Officer has determined that submission of offers in U.S. currency is not required for this solicitation to be entered into and performed outside of the United States. Therefore the requirement for U.S. currency at provision 52.215-1(c)(5) is not applicable to this solicitation.


Incurred Expenses.
The Government is not responsible for any costs incurred or associated with preparation and submission of a quote in response
to this solicitation. NO OFFEROR WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR SUBMITTING A QUOTE.
