Description

March 23, 2023:  The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to incorporate AMS Clause 3.6.4-25 Prohibition on Contracting for Hardware, Software, and Services Developed or Provided by Kaspersky Lab and Other Covered Entities (JUL 2022).  The Proposal Due Date remains as Friday, March 24, 2023 at 4:00 PM CT.

The Federal Aviation (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has a requirement for Scheduled and Non-Routine Maintenance Requirements for One (1) Jet Aircraft Model Challenger 601 - N86.  The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract.  Award will be made to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror deemed responsible and whose proposal is responsive to the solicitation requirements.

Proposals must be received by the FAA no later than 4:00 P.M. CT, March 24, 2023.  Proposals are to be electronically submitted to Stephanie.R.Riddle@faa.gov.

In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "LateSubmissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 4:00 P.M. CT,  March 24, 2023, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
