Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine if there are small business entities who can perform the requirements stated in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).  Enclosed documents are:

2. Draft PWS

This is a follow-on requirement for services to be conducted at both JBSA-Lackland and Randolph, Texas to include associated tenants.  The duration of this requirement is anticipated to be 5 years beginning on 1 October 2024 thru 30 September 2029.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items or services necessary to perform Grease & Grit Trap, Lint Interceptor Trap, Sewage Holding Tank and Oil/Water Separator Maintenance as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).  Contractor shall be responsible for periodic maintenance to pump, clean and dispose of waste from in ground grease traps, grit traps, lint interceptor traps, oil/water separators, sewage holding tanks, and lift stations. In case of backup, contractor shall also clear drain lines coming from tanks, traps, and separators clear of obstructions up to 50ft.  Tanks, traps, separators and holding tanks are located in ground at various areas and buildings throughout Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) and associated annexes.   Contractor is responsible for all classes of non-hazardous waste.
