Description

The 724 EABS, Contracting Office, Agadez, Niger intends to solicit and award firm-fixed price contract for Gym Equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested.  
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, effective 26 May 2022.  
 
This solicitation is a Full and Open Competitive request for quotes for Brand Name or Equal Items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339920 – Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing. 

This is Request for Quotation is numbered FA5422-22-Q-A001. 

In accordance with the FAR Subpart 13.106-1(a)(2) offerors are notified that the award will be made to the offer that provides the best value to the government after consideration of technical, price, and delivery aspects of the offer.
