Description

Contracting Service Area #7, Southwest Zone has a requirement for a Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA) paving project on the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. The NAICS code for this requirement is 237310 and size standard of $39.5M. The government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a Performance Price Trade-Off acquisition and award(s) will be made based upon the best value to the government in accordance with FAR 15.3. The magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will be posted to the beta.SAM.gov website on or about Apr 4, 2022. The estimated proposal due date is May 31, 2022. No response to this notice is necessary and all interested contractors should register on the Interested Vendors List on the beta.SAM website. Prospective contractors must be registered in the beta.SAM prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
