OCONUS LOGISTICS SERVICE SUPPORT PUERTO RICO

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Supplies and Services (GSS) Portfolio is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: Global Supply Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) Logistics Operations Solutions Support within Puerto Rico. This requirement is solicited as a Request for Proposal under solicitation number 47QSCC23R0001. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS 493190.

The purpose of this solicitation and associated requirement is to establish a forward supply logistics solution, the purpose of which is to provide faster delivery of certain commercial items to customers in the area. The solution will cover Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) customers in Puerto Rico.

The contractor will be responsible for sourcing, transporting, stocking, and warehousing National Stock Number (NSN) items and for delivering these items within 3 business days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to ordering customers in Puerto Rico.

Phase I proposal documents (Volumes 1 and 2) are due by January 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
