Introduction:
The USGS Western Ecological Research Center seeks information from firms capable of providing Ficus tree trimming and other landscaping services onboard the Santa Ana Zoo, Santa Ana California, in accordance with the statement of work.

This requirement is for a specific area of the zoo occupied by the USGS.
Operational Details:

1. The contractor must be compliant with the city of Santa Ana insurance, Business & Independent Contractor licensing requirements.

2. Reference statement of work (attachment).

RFI Information Requested:
To inform our procurement strategy, the USGS is seeking detailed information from vendors that can provide the required services. Interested parties are requested to submit the following:

1. Operational History: Examples of previous projects that demonstrate experience with similar requirements.

2. Company Information: Business size, UEI, and SAM registration status
1. Proof of compliance with Santa Ana Business & Independent contractor requirements
2. City of Santa Ana business registration
3. Proof of insurance: Must meet the minimum requirements and be compliant with any applicable city,
state regulations and policies. The government will require proof of insurance in
response to any solicitation being issued and it must be presented in a clear and
concise manner.
