Description

The Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for the following item.

The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, respponsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest total evaluated price. Discussions are not anticapted.
