Eastern Caribbean Security Cooperation Workshop

The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) is hosting the Eastern Caribbean Security Cooperation Workshop for seven (7) Partner Nations in Barbados, Barbados and requires lodging, conference rooms, breakout meeting rooms, meals, and coffee breaks. The estimated quantity of this effort is 72 Contracted Lodging Room-Nights and 124 Self-Pay Lodging Room-Nights, Administrative Room for six (6) days, Main Conference Room for four (4) days, Lunch Room for three (3) days, 4 Breakout Rooms for three (3) days, Audiovisual Room for four (4) days, 10 MGS Wi-Fi Internet six (days), 75 Lunch Meals, 54 Dinner Meals, 25 Welcome Dinner Meals, 72 Breakfast Meals, one (1) beverage station that can accommodate 80 personnel, 480 AM/PM Coffee Breaks, and Audio Visual Equipment. Any interested party may inquire in writing to the following Contract Specialist, Cristina Tellachea, cristina.a.tellechea.civ@mail.mil and Contracting Officer, Catherine P.
