Description

MCC CGM Division requires professional services from a contractor to provide acquisition support services. MCC is specifically authorized by statute to award personal service contracts as defined by FAR 

2.101 and 37.104 and as necessary to meet its mission. The nature of the contract administration work under this contract necessitates direct supervision of the contractor’s staff by A&F supervisors. Therefore, under this contract, the contractor shall provide personal services to the MCC. However, all contractor staff will carry a “contractor” MCC identification card, identify themselves in all correspondence as contractors representing MCC. 

To procure MCC’s requirements within allotted budget, the contractor shall provide 15+ well-qualified contract specialists PSCs of various levels of experience and capabilities. CGM also requires one site lead to oversee, train, and orient the PSCs and provide assistance with various projects and one or more procurement analysts to coordinate various administrative projects for MCC CGM.
