Description
This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a single source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The 6th Contracting Squadron (6 CONS) intends to solicit and award a single source contract to Florida Department of Law Enforcement(FDLE) for National Crime Information Center(NCIC) circuit access. The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price service contract to fulfill this requirement.
