Consolidated Sciex Service Agreements

The purpose of Amendment 01 is to a) incorporate the following three documents: updated/revised RFQ, Questions and Answers, and Attachment 1 - CVM MS/LC Serial Numbers, and b) extend the deadline for quotations to 9/20/2023.  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with FAR 13 and additional information included in this notice. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05.

THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

The solicitation number for this acquisition is RFQ_75F40123Q00285 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 811210 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Small Business Size Standard is $34,000,000. The requirement will be awarded as Firm-Fixed Price and 100% small business set-aside. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments from SAM.gov. The Government reserves the right to award an order without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer is providing the Best Value and discussions are not necessary.  Your best and final offer inclusive of discounts is requested.

The Government intends to issue a Purchase Order.

The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a need to procure a new preventative maintenance consolidated service agreement on five (5) Sciex mass spectrometers including liquid chromatography systems attached to the units. The preventative maintenance agreement shall cover 12 months, PLUS four (4), one-year Option Periods.
