Description
This solicitation is hereby amended to include the Questions and Answers, include site visit with date and time, and change the Questions and quote due date to allow suffienct time answer questions and submit quote.
USDA NRCS - Tree Removal and Related Services - NRCS Great Basin Plant Materials Center (GBPMC), Fallon, NV
The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is an Agency within the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) with administration conducted through the Farm Production and Conservation Business Center (FPAC). The Great Basin Plant Materials Center (GBPMC) in Fallon, NV is 64 miles East of Reno, NV.
GBPMC has a need for 1) Removing dead and dying poplars, 2) Removing poplar debris and stumps left from previous tree trimming, and 3) Pruning damaged elm trees. Trees and branches are to be felled away from structures on site. Large woody debris is to be removed off-site, small woody debris is to be chipped and the residues left on site. Trunks and exposed roots of poplars to be ground below grade.
The performance period for this award is estimated to be date of award through September 30, 2024. Performance shall begin as soon as possible. Place of performance will be at 2055 Schurz HW, Fallon, NV 89406, according to the attached statement of work.
