Description
In order to receive a copy of the RFP package you must be Joint Certification Program (JCP) active.
Please request the RFP package through www.sam.gov
Request for the RFP must be made by April 25, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST.
The solicitation is 100% set aside for Joint Certification Program (JCP) Small Business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 236220, commercial and institutional buildings and related structure construction.
Project scope consists of the final hook-up of utilities to four new mobile Sponson units and auxiliary equipment. The new units will require hook-ups of power, chilled water, compressed air, and data. The Sponson units will be delivered and set in place prior to the execution of this scope. The contractor shall provide a turnkey design for the project with milestones of 50%, 95%, and 100% stamped/certified drawing submissions. The design, construction, and utility connection of all four Sponsons are included in this effort.
