NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

This notice of intent is issued by U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Region 4, Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, Atlanta, GA 30303 for a sole source award for a Dale Carnegie Develop Your Leadership Potential training class. 

This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to Business Innovation Partners Georgia, LLC under the statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

This notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP).

This notice is provided for information purposes only. Therefore, FAR 5.203 does not apply.

Description of Services:

This opportunity is available only to Business Innovation Partners Georgia, LLC, for a mix of in-person & virtual Develop Your Leadership Potential training classes. The period of performance for this requirement is 06/13/2023 – 07/18/2023. This training is required for Project Managers to maintain their certifications and have a better understanding of their core job functions. This course should be accredited by the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
