Description

Your response is due no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on January 31, 2022.
The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition (the size of a small business firm includes all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.¿see 13 CFR 121.108.) Project Description (Scope)
This project will address the demolition and replacement of concrete paving, brick pavers and vegetation in disturbed areas, and installation of concrete footings and concrete bases for light poles. This item also consists of barricades, erosion control, tree protection fencing and general cleanup. Perform removal of non-code compliant existing electrical installations and systems not working along with other electrical components including but not limited to light poles, in ground light fixtures, and wiring. This item also consists of installation of new conduit, wiring, light fixtures, receptacles, sensors, electrical panels, timeclock, and other lighting and electrical between John Wesley Dobbs Avenue and the Visitors Center.
