R610--Inventory of barcoded equipment

36C25022Q0780 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AGI International, Inc., for Inventory Barcoded Equipment Support Service. NAICS code 561990 applies, the small business size standard is $12 Million. The contractor shall provide a service of conducting inventory of all equipment managed by Logistics over a six-week period. The inventory will be conducted during off tour hours during the first week so that Patient Care and Work Processes are not impeded in the medical center. The remainder of the inventory will be conducted during normal duty hours. Located at Veteran Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. Period of Performance is from October 03, 2022, through November 16, 2023, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 1:00 pm on July 22, 2022.
