Description

****NOTE: THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE A NEW ACQUISITION. THERE IS NO INCUMBENT.****

In support of the Office of the Chief Component Procurement Officer (OCCPO), the purpose of this procurement is to secure expert contractor acquisition, programmatic and technical support services for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The services performed under this contract will enable FEMA to enhance procurement operations and expand capabilities to support mission needs.

Within FEMA, OCCPO is responsible for proactively delivering meaningful and quality services to all its constituents, both internal and external; to the extent that OCCPO is recognized as an integral and invaluable function that is necessary for FEMA to successfully deliver their core mission during steady state and disaster environments. OCCPO provides a full range of acquisition services to FEMA programs, partners, and the survivor community, considerate of the laws, rules, and regulations that govern the federal acquisition process in a manner that is directly focused on the mission of FEMA.
