Description

Amendment 1:  The due date has been extended to account for the holiday on 1.15.24

The contractor shall provide holistic organizational assessment, performance management, change management, and governance support services to ITBF in a collaborative and integrated work environment to meet the following goals and objectives of the ITBF:

  • Goal: Implement an organizational structure that provides integration, improved communications, and clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and drives organizational strategy.

  • Objectives:

  • Conduct a workforce assessment identifying key capability gaps and develop a plan of action to address these capability gaps within 6 months.

  • Conduct a change readiness assessment and develop associated change management and communication plans to empower employees and reinforce employees to address organizational change within 6 months.

  • Goal:  Established unified governance through an ITBF Integration Council combined with existing VA governance structure that are focused on data-driven and time-sensitive decision making to support ITBF program goals and objectives.

  • Objectives:

  • Conduct inventory and assessment of current VA governance structures and stakeholders and build integrated governance model and cadence to maximize coordinated and timely decision making within 6 months.

  • Conduct a change readiness assessment and develop associated change management and communication plans to empower employees and reinforce employees to address organizational change within 6 months.
