Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center located in SeaTac, Washington intends to issue a solicitation for the provision of Kosher Products. Delivery is required on or after April 01, 2023 and must be received no later than April 25, 2023.
This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a written offer which will be considered for award. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/. Each offeror is required to complete their representations and certifications at the SAM website. Multiple awards may be made at the discretion of the government per FAR 52.214-22. Award(s) will be made based upon price and price-related factors to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror(s), past performance will be considered.
The solicitation is to be available on or after March 07, 2023 with a predicted due date of March 22, 2023, 2:00 PM Pacific Time. The cutoff date for any questions will be 2 business days prior to the due date. Offers are to be emailed to SET-Contracting-S@bop.gov in PDF format only and will be deemed received at the time received as indicated on the email notification. Emails rejected by filters are not the responsibility of the government. Please do not submit quotes to any location other than the one listed above. Quotes received after the quote deadline will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). No faxed quotes will be accepted. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions.
