SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - UNITED STATES INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING SYSTEM (PMTS) SOFTWARE SERVICES

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor, HI (FLCPH) is seeking sources for a contemplated contract for Program Management and Tracking System (PMTS) Software Services. The anticipated duration is a 12-month base period, and four (4) one-year option periods. Period of performance is anticipated to begin 27 September 2022.

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). This Notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this Notice. The Navy will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Notice.

This Notice is an announcement seeking qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources capable of providing the services described within this Notice and the salient characteristics, which is provided within the attached link of this Notice. The information requested by this Notice will be used within the Navy to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. For purposes of this Notice, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210, and the small business size standard is $41.5 million.  

If your business has an interest in proposing on the requirements described above, please go to the attached link to complete the form, complete the Technical Questions document, and provide a Capability Statement no later than 14 May 2022, 11:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time. Capability Statements should include the following (limited to ten pages):

6. Relevant experience of similar size and scope (within the last five (5) years). Include contract number if applicable.
