Notice of Intent to Award an UIS/ Sole Source to FREQUENTIS DEFENSE INC.
This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this
synopsis
is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a
Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to FREQUENTIS DEFENSE
INC. (DUNS/UID WY3DP9KTE8G5 CAGE Code 3XGK6) of Address 8661 Robert Fulton DR
STE 190 Columbia, Maryland 21046-2900

The Government intends to negotiate solely with FREQUENTIS DEFENSE INC under the
authority of
FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
FAR Part
13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items,
applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 and the business size standard is 1250(#
of employees).
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing
that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the
Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted
via e-mail
ONLY to joseph.s.bancod.civ@us.navy.mil by 17TH January 2025, 05:00 AM Pacific Time
(PT).
All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the
purpose of determining
whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not

discretion of the
