Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS intends to issue a solicitationfor 15B31523Q00000019 to obtain the requirements for FY-2023, 4th QUARTERDRY GOODS SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is 100% set-aside FOB destination.The NAICS code is 311999. Delivery dates will begin July 3, 2023 and end July19, 2023. Deliveries will be made to the FederalCorrectional Complex, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsiblequoter(s) whose off er, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to bemost advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be made available on or about  May12th, 2023, and will be posted to SAM.gov website:https://www.sam.gov.
