Operational and Technical Support for Atlantic Target and Marine Operations (ATMO), Key West Detachment

The Naval Air Warfare Command, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland awarded a $41,332,545 (inclusive of base year and four (4) option years) cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable contract (N00421-23-C-0032) to Metson Marine Services, Inc. , Ventura, CA, on 23 August 2023. The contract, covers a five year period of performance, inclusive of a one-year base period, and four, one-year option periods of contractor support to operate the NAWCAD Atlantic Targets and Marine Operations Key West (ATMO KW) facility in Key West, FL. This includes all technical support services required, including research and development, maintenance, operation, and support of facilities and systems, and equipment to meet the engineering development testing and fleet training mission of ATMO KW Division of the NAWCAD Threat/Target Systems Department.
