Description

Amendment 2: 

1) The purpose of Amendment 0002 is:

a. To include question and answers to vendor RFIs that were submitted. See attached RFI Log for responses; and

b. To attach an amended and revised Request for Proposal (RFP) document. 


2) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The RFP due date of 4pm Pacific Time, Thursday, 11/21/2024 remains unchanged. 

Amendment 1: 

1) The purpose of Amendment 0001 is:

a. To include the pre-proposal site visit sign-in log to interested parties;

b. To acknowledge that several RFIs were received and the government is working on responses to those. They will be posted to all parties in a subsequent amendment shortly; and

c. To extend the RFP due date through 4pm Pacific Time, Thursday, 11/21/2024.

2) All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
 

Base Solicitation:

The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with these specifications for USDA ARS PWA TEMPERATE TREE FRUIT AND VEGETATION RESEARCH in Wapato, WA. Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents.

The work includes replacing the four-roof top air handler units and incidental related work.
