Description
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to describe the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) requirements for a solution that modernizes the Division of Resolutions and Receivership (DRR) Risk Sharing Asset Management (RSAM) business processes related to Shared-Loss Agreement (SLA) management, improves the business interaction between the FDIC and Acquiring Institutions (AI), and improves access to SLA business data for FDIC business units.
