Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice incorporates elements of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

W912JA-22-Q-0019 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 Dated 26 April 2022. This is NOT a small business set aside with the NAICS Code of 517112 (1500 employees) – Wireless Telecommunications Carriers.

The government has a requirement for high-speed internet that should be 400mbps per second at a minimum. The high end can be as high as 1g. Modems are required. Routers are required that can connect 15 devices at one time with no slow down. One traditional land line (phone) is required for fax capabilities. This requirement is for each of the 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion Storefront Locations located throughout the State of Alabama. There are 8 storefront properties located in the following cities: Dothan, Florence, Hoover, Madison, Montgomery (2 sites), Spanish Fort, and Tuscaloosa. Please list each location separately with pricing information.

Period of Performance is 1 October 2022 through 31 September 2023 for each location.

Offers are due by Thursday 8 September 2022, 1730, CST at karey.l.elias.civ@army.mil. Submit all questions NLT 26 August 2022 by 1730 CST.
