The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to award a sole source award to Advanced Instruments LLC, 2 Technology Way, Norwood MA 02062 for the Osmo 1 Osmometer system, installation, staff training, and validation service for the Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Healthcare system located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and sole provider of the Osmo 1 osmometer system and all associated products and installation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Osmo 1 Osmometer system and associated products and services may give written notice to Daleta.Coles@va.gov by 10:00am EST on February 13, 2023. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the information below.
