IDIQ for Space Planning and Interior Design Services Various Locations in Region 5

This solicitation is for the award of the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Space Planning and Interior Design Services throughout Various Locations in Region 5. This area includes Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Services will include program of requirements, space requirement planning and reporting, cost estimating, block plans, furniture plans and specifications, design intent drawings, cost estimating, and contract administrative services. The Government intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts to the offerors who represent the best value to the Government.

The contract will be for one base year with four (4) one year options that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. Once an IDIQ contract is awarded, task orders will be issued for specific projects.

The procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541410 with a size standard of $9 million.

An advisory two phase selection will be used for this Request for Quote and occur as depicted below (please make sure to read the solicitation in its entirety). If your company has missed Phase 1 submission, they will not be able to provide an offer:
